The hotel is conveniently located, with easy access to restaurants and shops nearby. the friendly staff made us feel welcome and the food at the restaurant was excellent. Our room was comfortable and had all the necessary amenities. We enjoyed the budget-friendly rates and found it to be a good option for a short stay.
The housekeeping and cleanliness of the rooms were below expectations, and there were issues with the bathroom door lock.

Great Christmas stay!
Had a great Christmas stay at a hotel in Bangalore! The location was perfect, within walking distance to great restaurants and shops. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable. We loved the complimentary breakfast and room service. Plus, the wifi was fast and reliable. it was a great value for the price.
The amenities were limited and we were disappointed that there was no gym or pool. The bathroom didn't have all the necessary toiletries, like a toothbrush or toothpaste.

Spent Christmas at a hotel and had a great time. the staff was very friendly, offering complimentary hot chocolate and candy canes upon arrival. the location of the hotel was prime, in the heart of the city. the room was tidy and spacious, complete with a cozy fireplace, perfect for the holiday season. it was a great experience.
The hotel lacked in a few areas. the breakfast buffet was underwhelming, with limited options and poorly cooked eggs.
